By accessing or using Dazzl UI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and for activity performed through it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Using the prompt library
Unless a prompt says otherwise, you may copy, adapt, and use Dazzl UI prompts in personal and commercial projects. This permission is non-exclusive and does not transfer ownership of Dazzl UI or the library.
You may not resell prompts as prompts or templates, reproduce a substantial part of the library, scrape or bulk-download it, use it to build a competing library or training dataset, or claim Dazzl UI's branding as your own. Third-party names, brands, images, fonts, and tools referenced by a prompt remain subject to their respective terms.
Purchases and subscriptions
Premium access is offered as a $19 monthly subscription or a $99 one-time lifetime purchase. The currency, included access, and applicable taxes will be shown before you purchase. Polar acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, payment processing, taxes, invoices, and receipts. Your purchase is also subject to the terms shown by Polar at checkout.
Subscriptions renew at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. You can manage payment methods, view receipts, and cancel through Polar's customer portal. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the current paid period.
Lifetime access is a one-time purchase that unlocks the premium prompt library, including premium prompts added in the future, for as long as Dazzl UI continues to offer that library. It does not create a recurring charge.
Refund eligibility is governed by the policy displayed for the offer and applicable law. Contact hello@dazzlui.com with a request; approved refunds are processed through Polar. Price or plan changes apply prospectively and will be disclosed as required.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, manipulate likes or trending results, upload malicious code, violate another person's rights, or use Dazzl UI unlawfully. Automated access requires our written permission.
Ownership and feedback
Dazzl UI, its site design, branding, software, and original library content remain ours or our licensors'. You keep ownership of work you create. If you voluntarily send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.
Availability and disclaimers
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service and prompts are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that a prompt will produce a particular result.
Liability and termination
To the extent permitted by law, Dazzl UI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, or profits. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations; paid access and refunds will be handled under the purchase terms and applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as Dazzl UI evolves. We will revise the effective date and provide appropriate notice for material changes. Questions can be sent through our contact page or to hello@dazzlui.com.
